    We work across many scales, from 1-person compliance functions through to Magic-Circle law firms and Tier 1 investment banks.

    Job Summary

    We are looking for an ambitious Product Owner to work with our team to deliver the best solutions to our innovative and industry-leading SaaS regulatory intelligence and knowledge management platform.

    RegTech is undergoing a radical shift in the capabilities we can deploy, with the range of tools and solutions utilised growing by the day. You will be working with our AI function to enhance our existing capability and to develop and deploy new tools and models into production solutions. We have big plans involving fine-tuning, multi-agent models, RAG, GraphRAG and auditable generative AI.

    You will shape and translate this core capability into innovative workflows, trusted intelligence solutions and fantastic client outcomes. Attention to detail and follow-through in the go to market are key to success in this role.

The Product Owner will be a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in amazing user experience and a passion to deliver cutting-edge products.

    We will be exposing you to client meetings, workshops and industry events from the very start. You will learn and grow as part of the group Product Chapter, with chapter meetings, socials and mentorship opportunities. You may wish to get to know your colleagues in less formal settings and join one of our groups not aligned with your work, such as the Women's Network or 5-a-side football team.

    Key activities and responsibilities

    • Execute product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities as part of a small senior leadership team
    • Review client feedback, liaise with clients and client-facing team members where possible and assess potential requirements / product enhancements
    • Lead the product lifecycle with insightful analysis
    • Create and maintain critical product lifecycle documentation, including roadmaps, SWOTs, critical gap analysis, competitor analysis
    • Analyse and understand key product cohort, customer, user and usage metrics
    • Analyse and understand segmentation and pricing financial metrics
    • Understand the financial services regulatory legal domain and stay updated on industry trends and emerging generative-AI technologies.

    Lead the Product as part of an agile development team

    • Gather feature- and change-request requirements and provide documentation
    • Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
    • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
    • Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other processes and workflows to support product engineering and content teams, improve the product development process
    • Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews with product engineering and content teams
    • Collaborate with the QA team to define acceptance criteria and conduct user acceptance testing. Validate and verify that product features meet the desired outcomes and user expectations
    • Coordinate with development, quality assurance, operations and front of house, to plan and execute product releases.

    Experience

    • 5+ years' career experience with 3+ years as a Product Owner
    • Previous working experience as a SaaS Product Owner
    • Experience of working in Agile teams in an AWS or other Cloud DevOps environment
    • Experience working in financial services and regulations desirable
    • Experience with ML deployments desirable

    Knowledge

    • Demonstrable creation and delivery of product lifecycle documentation, such as SWOTs, TOWS, competitor analyses
    • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and SDLC principles
    • Experience of Project Management workflow tools such as Trello, Jira and Confluence

    Qualifications / Training

    • Degree qualified strongly preferred
    • Relevant SDLC qualifications, for example Agile or Scrum preferred
