Position:
Health & Social Care Recruitment Consultant


Reporting to:
Managing Director & Commercial Director


Location:
Sheffield, South Yorkshire


Responsible For:
Contributing to the success and growth of the Health and Social Care team.


Role Summary:

An opportunity to join an already successful existing team, focussing primarily on increasing current client spend, bringing back on board lapsed clients and winning new business, whilst working closely with the service teamto manage these accounts.


Tasked with:


  • Contacting lapsed clients and reengaging their business.
  • Achieve regular new business targets.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure clients are getting an outstanding service.
  • Have an indepth knowledge of how we can add value to our service for our clients including the use of technology, to win further business from our clients.
  • Maintain regular contact in line with the company contact cycle, with all clients.
  • Understand and follow the company's new account process including how to obtain credit limits why credit limits are an important part of onboarding new clients and returning previously lapsed clients.
  • Take detailed information regarding orders/bookings from clients and negotiate charge rates in line with the company parameters, and based on variables including current market rates, seasonality, and location.
  • Work closely with the service team and ensure that all relevant information is communicated effectively.
  • Handle any client complaints in a timely efficient and professional manner, working within the interests of the business, and the retention of the client.
  • Support the resourcing team in busier periods to fill vacancies using social media and the company's own bespoke recruitment software.
  • Be willing to undertake ongoing training and development in relation to personal development as agreed between yourself and your line Manager.

  • A good understanding of sourcing and recruiting skills and techniques.

Renumeration:


Basic Salary£20k to £40k, dependant on experience and proven track record


Bonus Scheme Recruitment consultants have the benefit of an uncapped, generous and transparent bonus scheme after completion of their 3-month probationary period.
