- Lead a team of facilities associates and porters.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance with Facilities Manager.
- Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
- Train and mentor facilities associates to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related needs.
- Prior experience in maintenance or facility management, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong technical skills in various maintenance disciplines.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with maintenance software and tools.
