Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful organisation in the construction sector with the appointment of a HR Advisor to be based at their site in Coleshill.

This role is offering a mix of office and home working.

Description

This role of HR Advisor is an exciting, varied and progressive role offering fantastic opportunities to support with generalist People matters.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Take responsibility for a wide range of employeerelations casework and ensure these are dealt with in a timely manner
Support stakeholders with recruitment needs
Build relationships with stakeholders, guiding and advising on People matters to ensure they meet their commercial objectives
Guide on HR policies and procedures
Support with HR projects and initiatives
