Description

The successful HR Consultant will be responsible for:

Leading on change programmes and coaching managers through change
Overseeing performance management processes
Providing advice on high level employee relations cases
Supporting wider team with job evaluations.

Profile

The successful HR Consultant must have:

Experience on leading organisational change and design programmes
Experience of HERA or other job evaluation methods
Experience of advising on complex casework.
