    Description
    Rethink Recruitment are working with a SW-London based facilities management company to a recruit a new Facilities Administrator. This position offers lots of scope for involvement, and there is a real opportunity for the role to grow and evolve as the business grows.

    Responsibilities will include:
    • Managing the service email inbox, maximising work flow and revenue.
    • Responding to customer and supplier requests, including arranging site visits and ordering parts.
    • Ensuring all information relating to requests is correctly inputted into system.
    • Allocating repair and PPM jobs to relevant engineers / subcontractors.
    • Liaising with subcontractors for site access etc.
    • Following up with engineers and subcontractors following completion of works.
    • Basic HR duties, including managing staff holidays, sick leave etc.

    Qualifications:
    • You must have facilities administration experience, including PPM and RAMS.
    • Excellent communication skills are essential, and you must be able to liaise effectively with engineers, suppliers, sub-contractors and directors.
    • You must be highly organised, logical and methodical, and happy to work full time in the office.
