- Managing the service email inbox, maximising work flow and revenue.
- Responding to customer and supplier requests, including arranging site visits and ordering parts.
- Ensuring all information relating to requests is correctly inputted into system.
- Allocating repair and PPM jobs to relevant engineers / subcontractors.
- Liaising with subcontractors for site access etc.
- Following up with engineers and subcontractors following completion of works.
- Basic HR duties, including managing staff holidays, sick leave etc.
- You must have facilities administration experience, including PPM and RAMS.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, and you must be able to liaise effectively with engineers, suppliers, sub-contractors and directors.
- You must be highly organised, logical and methodical, and happy to work full time in the office.
