The Senior Business Development & Apprenticeship Advisor is responsible for ensuring an excellent apprentice and employer experience and that the university delivers against its education strategies.
Line manage a team of Apprenticeship Advisors, including monitoring performance, work allocation and skills development.Including mapping of JD, training plans and programme against the apprenticeship standard.
GCSE Maths & English (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
~ Demonstrable experience of working at a senior level with a sound knowledge and understanding of processes and procedures in higher education
~ Experience of apprentice-facing work or a similar environment, with an understanding of the challenges of learning and engaging with academic staff from a distance
~ Knowledge and understanding of University regulations, policies and procedures relating to academic administration (e.g. University Codes of Practice for Quality Assurance, Regulations) and experience of applying these
