Description

We are looking for individuals to undertake an apprenticeship as a Technical Instructor within the Medical & Surgical Therapy Team at Royal Stoke and County Hospitals.

The post offers the opportunity to work in an exciting University Hospital. The post holder will be part of one of two clinically based teams that make up the Therapies Directorate.


The apprenticeship will work with Newcastle and Stafford College groups to complete Level 3 'Senior Clinical Worker' and Level 3 'Senior Healthcare Support Worker' alongside the care certificate.


Therapy Services work within a 7 day shift system therefore there is a requirement to work weekends and bank holidays.


Supervision will be provided by the Band 5/6/7 Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist and personal development is supported through appraisal and internal and external training.
