    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acting as the first point of contact with customers and maintaining the highest standard of customer service levels
    • Assisting with the planning of vehicles and/or manpower
    • Allocate flights to operators using i6 computer system to ensure refuellings are completed on time
    • Monitor ACDM for any flight changes ie aircraft changes, destination changes, stand changes
    • Amend i6 to reflect flight changes
    • Monitor ACDM for any delays attributed to refuelling
    • Liaise with Handling Agent
    • Monitor i6 for any discrepancies in vehicle meters
    • Report any incidents or potential issues to Supervisor or Manager
    • Roster meal breaks for refuelling technicians
    • Ensure vehicle weekly checks are carried out and vehicle board updated
    • Ensure vehicles are refuelled in a timely manner
    • Assist in keeping vehicle defect board updated and vehicle allocation
    • Act as Fire Marshal for the operation
    • Prepare daily manning sheets from current roster
    • Working across a rota in support of a 7 day 24 hour operation

    BACKGROUND AND SKILS:

    • High level of computer literacy
    • Strong Customer Service Skills
    • Strong level of interpersonal skills
    • Ability to obtain an airside ID – 5 years referencing essential
    • Ability to work alone
    • Proactive approach to safety procedures and Health and Safety within the Workplace
    • Current Driving Licence

    POSITION: Aviation Allocator (Fixed Term Contract)
