- Partner with senior leaders and line managers to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support and solutions.
- Lead and support the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and projects across the organisation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational change.
- Drive the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the company's values and culture.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organisations goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance HR effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment legislation and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or currently studying towards it.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Demonstrated experience leading or participating in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives or projects.
- Professional services industry experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
