    Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

    Location: Birmingham City Centre

    Salary: Negotiable

    Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid Work Model (2 days from the office)

    Position Overview: As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to provide expert HR advice and guidance, with a particular focus on fostering diversity and inclusion within the organisation, a professional service background is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with senior leaders and line managers to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support and solutions.
    • Lead and support the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and projects across the organisation.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational change.
    • Drive the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
    • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the company's values and culture.
    • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organisations goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance HR effectiveness.
    • Stay up-to-date with relevant employment legislation and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • CIPD Level 5 qualification or currently studying towards it.
    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
    • Demonstrated experience leading or participating in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives or projects.
    • Professional services industry experience is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
