My Local Authority client in Hertfordshire are looking for an interim Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager to oversee their capital works projects, predominantly aids and adaptations.

The candidate must have experience in:
Residential - kitchens.

bathrooms, rooms, windowsManaging surveyorsManaging multiple projectsCouncil experienceBackground in Building Surveying (MCIOB or MRICS preferred) The role requires two days on-site in Hertfordshire.

Interviews are taking place next week and a decision will be made before the end of the week.
