Job Role: NPI Project Lead
Location: Stafford, UK
Contract: FTE
Experience:5-7 Years
Responsibilities:
• Primary Responsibilities:
o Assists in prioritising projects based on impact and objectives.
o Project management of multiple small to medium projects
o Identifies cost containment opportunities.
o Presentation of weekly/monthly updates to management on project progress, risks & concerns.
o Team meetings, frequency as needed but typically weekly, for governing the projects.
o Creation of Project Plans and maintaining the plan schedule in support of milestones.
o Ensure functional requirements are aligned with the product strategy, project financials, cost targets and milestone/gateway schedules are met.
o Organization and facilitation of key presentations including Stakeholder Updates, Governance Meetings, and Issue Resolution Meetings as needed.
o Quickly and correctly identify problems which may not be obvious and solve problems by determining the best course of action within departmental guidelines.
o Builds relationships with other departments within the project team.
o Identifies trends and areas of focus for continuous improvement.
o Guide and coach both junior members of the project management team as well as global cross functional areas representatives assigned to the relative projects.
o Coordination of process changes (PC's) or engineering changes (EC's) related to NPI programmes and projects.

• Ability to work well independently
• Ability to quickly assemble cross functional teams to address project opportunities
• Proficiency working with computer systems. Software programs used frequently include, but not limited to: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Teams, Word. ETQ
• University degree or 5-7 years project management equivalent experience
