    Audio Marketing Business Lead

    Future People Solutions have partnered with a growing Marketing agency who are looking for a commercially minded Operations/Customer relationship led manager to head up their audio marketing wing of the business.

    (please note this is predominantly an office based role, you must be able to commute to St Albans regularly, please only apply if you live within a reasonable distance)

    The audio marketing business is very much centred around improving the customer experience, improving retention and efficiency.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Develop a growth and development strategy for the business unit, focusing on new client acquisitions and revenue streams.
    • Craft a content marketing plan for clients, bringing fresh campaigns, music, and messaging content ideas to the table.
    • Take charge of product marketing, including regular newsletter communications.
    • Manage an audio production executive responsible for recording and scheduling audio content.
    • Ensure client satisfaction, engagement, and retention through effective communication.
    • Maintain client contracts and track prices against inflation.
    • Uphold systems, procedures, and processes, meeting Freshdesk first resolution targets.
    • Optimize efficiency, reducing manual and repetitive labour costs, and enhancing operational delivery.
    • Raise the profile of audio communication through blogs,research sharing, and social media.
    • Oversee and manage the deployment of a new radio player and the upgrade of the service

    Essential Skills:

    Proven track record in managing a business unit and client relationships.

    • Commercially driven with a proactive approach.
    • Demonstrable experience in customer relationship management and the use of CRM tools or ticketing software
    • Passion for customer experience and reducing pain points.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to charm, engage, and build strong client relationships.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Marketing skills.
    • Broad understanding of technology and voice communications.
    • Passion for audio, music, and technology.
    • Previous experience in managing and motivating teams.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Experience or qualifications in Audio Production/Music Technology.
    • IT & Network Connectivity skills – familiarity with technology platforms like VNC, LogMeIn, and remote connection principles.
