    Job Description
    This very busy Nursery in Teddington are looking for a very experienced Nursery room Leader to step up to Third in Charge, working with the Management team in supporting the daily running of the Nursery. Based on a 38 hr working week salary is c£31k dep on experience, with mega benefits, and on great transport links.

    Requirements


    Ideally you will have

    Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
    Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
    Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
    Can inspire, energise and support others
    Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
    Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
    A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
