**Service Support Advisor

Barnsley**You will provide support to the aftersales manager by ensuring customers have an enjoyable and hasslefree experience.

The role of a Service Support Advisor:

Liaising with customers, handling all queries
Taking telephone bookings and providing updates
Ensuring relevant records are kept up to date
Admin duties when required
Providing first hand support to the aftersales manager/team
Experience within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
Experience within customer service role.
Highly professional
Ability to carry out work to a high standard and meet deadlines
Ability to follow instructions

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thuraday 8:30am-17:30pm, Friday 8:30am-17:00pm and every other Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

The Salary for this role is £26,400 and will be starting on a 1 year contract with a chance to progress to a permanent contract offering long term progression and career growth.

Any applicants who make it through to interview stage will be required to attend the site based in Barnsley for a face to face interview with management.

This role is due to start in December 2023.

Salary:
£26,300.00-£26,400.00 per year
