    Description
    The Maximising Independence Service (MIS) in Adult Social Care is focused on promoting independence and wellbeing for all people.

    We are looking for creative and forward-thinking Occupational Therapists to join us in the Maximising Independence Team-South Reablement which covers Broxtowe, Gedling, and Rushcliffe.

    OTs within the reablement service will support hospital discharges and reduce the risk of hospital and care home admissions.
    Contribute towards the supervision ,training and development of Reablement Workers , Senior Reablement Workers and Community Care Officers .

    We would like to hear from you whether you are an experienced Occupational Therapist or newly qualified and keen to learn.

    You will work in a multi-skilled, fast paced, and supportive team.

    You will receive regular supervision both formally and informally from an Occupational Therapy Senior Practitioner and will be supported to attend training to progress your career and meet the HCPC's CPD (Career Progression Development) requirements.

    There will be opportunities to expand your knowledge and competencies, project work and service exploration based on your strengths and career aspirations.

    You must hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and be registered with the HCPC.
