    When others see problems, you spot solutions and work quickly to implement them, useful skills that come in handy when painting and decorating, performing basic plumbing and carpentry tasks and general maintenance duties.

    You're sociable and can be depended on to provide professional service to customers while undertaking general building works. This means you have proven construction experience working within carpentry, tiling, plastering, or brick laying.


    You should be tech-savvy or at least know how to use applications on mobile devices, because you'll be required to keep track of work orders and provide updates using electronic devices.

    And you'll also get the support of a manager whose sole aim is to help you be successful in your role.
