Radley Green is working with a fast-growth Fire and Security Alarms business to recruit their new Head of Engineering Operations.

This is a key role in the growth of the business and will play a pivotal role in leading the team of 15-20 installation, service & maintenance engineers.

This role will be part of the senior management team of this growing business and play a big part in it's growth.

This role will be 3 days a week based in the Leicester head office and 2 out in the field reviewing and evaluating the work of the engineers / projects.

This role is not an "on the tools" role but is a managerial and development role for an experienced Alarms professional with a background in engineering.

Installation management

Track installation delivery against quotation to ensure margins are maintained.
Source and organise equipment for engineers to carry out installation projects.
Liaise directly with customers to book in installation work.
Ensuring NSI technical compliance.
Recruitment and training

Provide training to new engineers.
Oversee and implement individual training plans for engineers.
Enforce quality standards across Installation, Maintenance, Extra Works and Service.
Fleet management

Ensure all company vehicles remain legally compliant and mechanically sound.
Acquisition assistance
