Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £52,000

The chance awaits to become a part of an innovative FMCG company, situated at their flagship and with ongoing investments and expansion of operations, they are currently seeking a number of Multi-Skilled Engineer to play a key role in sustaining the ongoing success of the operation.

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively within a team of 12 to maintain and enhance production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including motors, controllers, and sensors.
• Working in an environment of WCM, TPM Principles and Continuous improvement.
• Execute both Reactive and PPM tasks to ensure optimal line performance.

Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• Dual skill set in electrical and mechanical engineering.
• Level 3 qualified engineer.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
• Background in FMCG or highly automated and fast-paced environments.

Shift Pattern:

• 3 on 3 off, days & nights, 12-hour shifts.
• 7am and 7pm starts.
