    Interviews will be held in our London office, w/c 20th May.

    Working in a team with Kate McBride our Regional Director for the South Development Team and the other Director of Projects alongside the Heads will play a critical role in the Development South Directorate.

    You will be joining our friendly highly experienced and skilled team, who are committed to making positive change in how we deliver homes and communities

    Working with key stakeholders and professional multi-disciplinary teams you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolution of and the have the opportunity to help create thriving communities to be proud of.

    The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects across the Southern region.

    There are some exciting and ambitious projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the future offering.

    You will be proficient in delivering innovative and commercial solutions.

    You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a Development team.

    As an experienced planning/surveying professional you'll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
