We have an excellent new role at ATR Building Services who are looking to take on an Office Finance Apprentice to join their busy team. In this role, you will be answering the phone, dealing with general enquiries and supporting with other admin duties.
:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Taking phone calls i.e. messages, general inquiries, booking appointments for surveyors, speaking with homeowners & clients, speaking with trades/subcontractors.
- Duties will also include booking accommodation, updating spreadsheets, and use of Microsoft packages
- Manual filing and electronic filing, ensuring all documents are filed within correct folders with correct members of staff, storing of sensitive information, shredding of old documents.
- Invoicing, use of quick books to send information to accountants
