    Come and join us as aresults driven Showroom Sales Manager to grow and deliver sales aspart of a hugely successful branch team.

    The role:

    As a Showroom Sales Manager, you know that the perfectbathroom needs planning, it requires trust, a creative flair and theability to bring an idea to life - this is where you come in You willidentify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, inspiring yourcustomers with the perfect solutions for their dream bathrooms. TheShowroom Sales Manager will be an expert at building rapport quicklyand creating trusted relationships to ensure that everything we doenables us to deliver on our promises to our customers and exceedexpectations. Youll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive teamenvironment and were sure youll have some fun along the way

    Key Responsibilities:
    • To create andmaintain a loyal customer base through a continuous proactiveapproach, building rapport with customers and generating new andrepeat business.
    • Managing the end to end sales journey forcustomers, putting their wants and needs at the forefront to ensurethey achieve the bathroom of their dreams.
    • Working andcollaborating with your in-branch colleagues to build relationshipsand cross sell to our current trade customers.
    • Make sure thebathroom showroom is known locally, use creative ways to ensure thelocal area knows you are there and the brilliant service you offer.
    • Always striving to make your showroom the best in order toanticipate and exceed customer needs.
    • Previous salesexperience in a similar environment is preferable, but the rightpositive attitude is more important
    You:

    Youll have an innovative and agile approach to identifygrowth opportunities. Youll enjoy working collaboratively with adedicated focus on driving results, whilst being committed to actingwith integrity and honesty in everything you do.
