Our leading Property brand client is recruiting for a Team Leader to Join the team on a permanent basis.

Working along side the Customer Services Team and reporting to the Head of Customer Services, you will play a key role in driving the customer experience, developing process efficiency's, helping to develop best practice and overall ensuring the customer received the best possible service.

Monday to Friday (37.Support Customer services team with day to day activity
Support the team with any escalated complaints
Work with management to analyse process and develop best practice
Lead other team members in developing performance, goals and KPI's
Support management with strategy
Coach and mentor more junior team members
Excellent customer service skills
