dnata Catering UK, the world's largest inflight caterer has a number of exciting opportunities for Administrator's to join our team, based in our state of the art facility at Manchester Airport.
As an Administrator, you will carry out a variety of administrative tasks in accordance with the companies' policies and procedures, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
What you'll be doing:
Ensure activities are organised and carried out to meet scheduled targets and all costs are contained within agreed financial guidelines.
Liaising with all departments regarding requirements in relation to Production Schedules, taking on a hands on approach to stock management within the operation.
Ensuring security processes are maintained so that security of equipment, personnel and stock may be assured.
What you'll have:
Ability to plan and organise
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Excellent communication Skills
Must be methodical, and logical in their approach to work
Working knowledge of SAP, MM and cBase would be desirable
Experience/ knowledge of Materials Control processes
