    Talent, Resourcing & Reward Manager

    We are seeking a strategic and experienced individual to join our team as the Talent, Resource and Reward Manager. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent while ensuring that our reward and recognition programmes, align with our organisational goals and values.

    This is a hybrid role - you will be required to attend the Preston office a couple of times a week.

    The successful candidate will be part of a supportive, enthusiastic and fun team - with access to a range of staff benefits and rewards.
