Keystream is currently recruiting for an Estates Project Manager in Watford in an initial 6 month contract.

We are looking for an experienced Estates Project Manager, who has ideally worked with large-scale NHS Estates projects; managing deadlines, stakeholder engagements and navigating live environments.

A background in surveying, engineering or Healthcare wouldbe ideal but is not required.

The role is focused on a refurbishment project that has already started - so there is no requirement to start on business cases or planning.

This role will be hybrid working, with approximately 2-3 days onsite per week. As the project comes closer to its deadline, there will be an expectation to be onsite more days.
