A large Land Services consultancy are looking for an Associate Director to join their team in one of their UK offices.

Their clients work on major infrastructure and renewable energy projects all of which impact privately owned land.


Responsibilities:
You will support on the delivery of land access and land acquisition projects Identify land ownership, consult with landowners, property valuation and negotiating compensationProvide effective technical and business development leadership across all projects Lead in the development and delivery of the Land business strategy Provide strategic consultancy advice and be a trusted partner to clientsManage and lead project teams and the delivery of technical project workThey are looking for:Extensive experience working in the Energy, Water and Transport sectorsExperience and knowledge in the management and delivery of land-related servicesDemonstrable experience of reducing land risk for clientsStrong negotiation skills with landowners and knowledge of acquisition legislationMRICS What they offer:Hybrid and flexible working policy£70k+ salary
