A permanent Credit Control job opportunity taking responsibility for an international client ledger


Client Details
An international business based in Slough with a Head Office finance function covering worldwide collections.

This role takes responsible for an international ledger and the hours of work are therefore 11am to 7.30pm to cover the time zone difference


Description
Chase outstanding and unpaid invoices

Reconcile PO numbers to invoices

Resolve invoice query resolution

Negotiate payment plans on outstanding invoices

Work closely with credit manager to escalate delinquent accounts

Ensure customer interaction is inline with corporate customer service values

Ad-hoc administration duties


Profile
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Strong systems knowledge, including Excel

Excellent attention to detail

Proactive in resolving queries

Excellent negotiating skills

Able to build strong working relationships
