About the role...

As a Business Development Director, you will be part of a team responsible for closing new business, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and deep understanding of marketing solutions will enable you to identify potential clients. Day to day, you'll be working alongside the marketing team to identify opportunities and trends in the market to create an active pipeline of prospects then then bring to the pitch process. This role is all about relationships through various is not about cold calling, it's about marketing, events, networking and nurturing relationships.

About you...

To be considered for this Business Development Director role, we're looking for someone with solid business development / commercial client services experience...ideally in an agency environment. You'll have a proactive and target driven attitude and an understanding of how the sales funnel works. You'll be a natural people person with great communications skills and the ability to talk to internal and external stakeholders and varying levels.
