Mechanical Facilities Manager


Location:
South London


Pay:
£250 a day


Key duties

  • To ensure that reactive work, planned maintenance and contract work) is safe, complies with statutory and mandatory requirements.
  • Manage Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
  • Act as initial point for escalation within managed area
  • To create effective relationships with internal teams, subcontractors and council clients
  • Ensure that contracted services are providing the required quality of work and fulfilling their contract.
  • Attends site meetings, identifying minor and future works affecting sites within allocated zone.
  • Managing onsite team of engineers within allocated zone, giving support where needed and setting expectations.
