Description

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a telesales executive to join a successful window and door hardware business based in West Yorkshire.

The role:

To promote the sale of all products and services to both existing and new customers and accurately record all information, to give customers excellent service at all times
To achieve set sales targets and to maintain and increase the customer base by liaising closely with Field Sales Team Members
Process Customer Orders
To work in conjunction with the Technical department to maximise business potential
To maintain up to date records covering in detail all customers and prospects and the current negotiation situations.
To ensure customer satisfaction by providing liaison with the relevant departments when necessary
Work towards KPIs
Have some knowledge of the window and doors industry
Have experience within a sales environment
Be forward thinking and sales driven
Be able to work under pressure
Must currently reside in the UK
