Permanency Lead - Up to £44 per hour + £150 per week accommodation support

I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Social Worker to join a close-knit & stable adoption service within the South West/Devon region as a Permanency Lead.

This will be a locum role initially for a rolling contract to begin as of February 2023.

If you have previously worked as an Adoption Social Worker within a Local Authority setting and enjoy this type of work with a passion then my client is looking to hear from you.

What your role will entail:

This is a specialist role that will focus on progressing permancy plans within Adoption for Children in Care. This will include updates to CPR, working closing with Family Finder for matching, supporting the child with transitional and life storydirect work to prepare them for Adoption and undertake court work in relation to the Adoption Order being made. All other statutory Child in Care related duties are required for this role e.g. reviews, personal education plan meetings, visits etc.
