    Founded in 2006, our client is a UK based telecommunications company who specialise in providing connectivity, cloud services, and network infrastructure solutions to businesses.

    Setting themselves apart from other ISP's, our client has built their own fibre network and owns the process end-to-end, giving them full control and responsibility over their network, delivery, infrastructure, and the whole customer experience.


    The Account Director will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales within existing accounts, penetrating larger accounts, new business development and forging strong relationships with clients.

    Working directly with the Head of Sales and other key stakeholders across the business, the Account Director will take on a vital role within the organisation and will be pivotal in assisting in the growth of their market leading product and price point.


    You will need to work your pre-existing network and build relationships with the key stakeholders in the industry showcasing the benefits of the organisation and how it can help them solve both their connectivity and business challenges.


    • You will be expected to attend the major conferences, networking events and social calendar.
    • Drive a vertical specific sales plan to be the "Go to person for enterprise, business grade connectivity in London".
    • Support the management in contract development, customer negotiations and product enhancements.
    • Generate new sales from customers on our brand-new network.


    The ideal candidate will have a solid background of working in a fast-paced B2B sales environment and will be an industry expert, bringing their expertise and previous client relationship to the role.

    A hunter mentality is essential to open up new opportunities, secure new business and support the organisation's goal to take over the corporate London market.

    You have experience of working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools, preferably Salesforce and Outreach.


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with ability to learn new software and systems.
    • An ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision making with senior-level audiences without hesitation.
    • Take personal responsibility to meet commitments and actively seek additional responsibility, all whilst working consistently with unparalleled attention to detail.
    • You are fluent in English (written and verbal).
    • Work to all sales KPI's both weekly and monthly
    • To be a flexible team player, and naturally willing to see things through to completion.
    • To have strong analytical problem-solving skills, strong time-management skills, and the ability to organise, coordinate and prioritise competing priorities.
