Business Analyst - 2 Year FTC - Remote Work - £50 - £60k

Key Responsibilities:

To work with clients, internal and external stakeholders at all levels to analyse both functional and nonfunctional requirements of the migration.
To understand how existing solutions in the business/system work.
To create requirements documentation, and user stories for your team to a standard that allows them to deliver the technical solutions.
To work directly with developers or other analysts to ensure the best possible solution is designed and agreed.
To find pragmatic solutions to requirements that align to existing functionality/architecture where possible.
To build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Run workshops to investigate user requirements, agree solutions and produce good quality output.
Ensure that developers have all the information they need in a timely manner so that projects can be delivered to timescales.
Provide assistance for inlife support following project completion
Assist and mentor other analysts as required, and provide support within your team.
In addition to the above, the jobholder will be required to carry out any other function or task that may be expected from them or assigned to them from time to time, within their span of knowledge and ability.
Determining the best means of satisfying customer requirements within the context of project objectives and constraints, i.e. developing new ways of working;
Working with other members of the team (Business Analyst, Lead Developer, Programme Account Manager(s)) and people in other migration teams (there will be 12 others over time);

Key Skills:

At least 5 years commercial experience as a business analyst on Enterpriselevel projects in an agile environment.
Experience of delivering software development and data mapping/migration projects.
Proficiency in user requirements gathering, analysis and functional specification.
Business Analyst techniques, modelling and software design experience gained in a software development environment.
Strong coordination capabilities and experience
