Credit controller/ Accounts assistant

Halesowen

£23-£25,000

Permanent, full-time vacancy (37.5 hours)

9am-5.30pm one week / 8am-4.30pm on weekly rotation.

Concept Resources are working closely with a manufacturing company in Halesowen with a turnover more than £50mill.

We're looking for an experienced Credit controller to join their small team of 6 to help keep all debt to a minimum.

Job description:

Chasing and confirming balances
Providing administrative support to finance team
Keeping close watch on debtor account balances
Posting customer receipts onto Sage
Daily use of Vlookups to control credit reports
Be experienced in excel, including Vlookups
Be confident on the phone in order to answer queries
Have 2 years recent experience in a similar role
Have experience in other accounts work to cover other members of staffs annual leave
