    This vacancy is for a personal assistant to join our client's support package to support them in their own home. We will be your legal employer on behalf of the client and you will not be asked to support other clients. All of our contracts are for permanent positions with a 6 month probationary period.

    Mon – Fri, 8am – 8pm = £ per hour, Mon – Fri, 8pm – 8am = £ per hour (wakingnight), Weekends = £ per hour

    48hrs offered as 1 x full-time role or 2 xpart-time roles (24hrs).
    This vacancy is for a malepersonal care assistant to provide complex care support in the Woodford Green,Essex area. The work pattern is either 2 x 12hr shifts per week forpart-time, or 4 x 12hr shifts per week for full-time. Shifts patterns will bediscussed during the interview.
    About the Client and Support Needed: You will be providing complex care support, asneeded for our professionally and socially active, creative client to maintainindependence, by assisting and facilitating our client's health, care,personal, social, professional, educational and voluntary goals.

    Essentially, the role requires you to respectour client's autonomy and support him in performing tasks he would performhimself if he were non-disabled, as well as provide all care needs includingpersonal care.

    You will maintain and promote the safety ofour client, both at home and whilst undertaking personal, social, professionaland voluntary activities.

    Typicalduties will include:

    ·Toprovide all care needs, including personal care
    ·Toprovide medication and equipment to our client as needed
    ·To assistour client as needed getting to and from appointments
    ·Tomaintain areas of our clients home and vehicle to an acceptable level ofcleanliness
    ·To checkstock supplies and maintain adequate stock levels
    ·Tomaintain and organise our clients clothing, belongings and equipment to hiswishes whilst being careful and respectful
    ·To ensureour client's holistic wellbeing is supported at all times as needed

    This role requires care skills, empathy,patience and the ability to work under your own initiative whist maintainingconfidentiality and without hindering or interfering the client's wishes andactivities.
