    What does the role involve?

    • Identify prospects and new business opportunities primarily through cold-calling and email campaigns.
    • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and senior team members to formulate a growth strategy centered on acquiring new clients.
    • Proactively cultivate relationships with potential clients and explore new client accounts through targeted prospecting.
    • Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
    • Provide precise feedback to the team and ensure the company database (Hubspot) is consistently updated.

    What can you bring to the table?

    • Proven experience in business development or sales in a B2B environment.
    • Proficiency in cold-calling and crafting effective email campaigns.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with CRM software, ideally HubSpot, for managing and updating client interactions and data accurately.
