We here at Parker Smith are currently working with a fantastic Mainstream Primary School in Havering . They are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support their students with SEND. Working with SEND would suit somebody

• Who not only delivers the job requirements but somebody who is kind, patient and who is willing to go the extra mile

• Who wishes to help build children and young adults confidence to become independent and valued members of society
• Able to work with smaller groups or individuals. This could be by managing behaviour in class, helping them to develop their communication skills with peers or planning activities in line with class lessons that could be easier for them to understand.
• That is flexible as every day can be different
