KPI reporting and analysis

  • Investment appraisal of new projects
  • Produce Budgets and Forecasts
  • Ownership of P&L and Balance Sheets from basic information
  • Produce monthly management accounts with insightful analysis
  • Work closely with non finance and influence to reduce superfluous costs across all departments
