Are you a sales professional looking to become a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Adviser?

My clients are an independent, forward-thinking mortgage firm, offering their clients a range of different types of Finance.

They are currently looking for a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join their successful team on a self-employed basis.

Their advisors have access to all products in the market and therefore are able to provide clients with the best advice and outcome for their individual mortgage and protection needs.

The successful Trainee Mortgage and Protection Adviser will have the opportunity to work from their superb office in Borehamwood. All leads will be provided.

Excellent training across all areas of business will be continuous and ongoing, offering you supportin achieving targets as well as your own ambitions.


My clients are looking for a driven and motivated individual on either a trainee or experienced basis to join their team and drive the business forward.

The company offer finance on Residential, BTL, Re-mortgage, Commercial, Bridging etc.


If you are driven, with a strong work ethic and have the desire for personal development, we will provide the rest of what you need to reach your true earning potential.


Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday, 9.00 am 5:30 pm
  • No Weekends

The successful Trainee Mortgage and Protection Adviser will be offered:

  • Retainer available to help whilst building a pipeline (Flexible dependent on the individual)
  • 4050% Commission
  • Excellent earnings potential on a competitive employed basis with an uncapped commission package
  • Realistic OTE of £50,000 £100,000
  • Lots of leads provided by the firm
  • All the training, support and facilities needed to achieve your full potential
  • Admin Support is provided by the network at an extra cost.

Responsibilities of this Trainee Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

  • Following the firm's compliance processes at all times
  • Following the firm's relevant advice and sales procedures at all times.
  • Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory, product, legislative and technical requirements
  • Making sure all customer contact is carried out in a professional and courteous way
  • Making sure all customer files are compliant on an ongoing basis
