    Looking for a position that comes with fantastic career prospects and opportunities to progress your career?Our client a successful independent agency that is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join their team in the Brentwood area.

    They are a company that focuses on providing excellent customer service whilst maximising profits and sales, therefore, the successful individual must have a proven track record of being a top sales negotiator.

    They are offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer the following:
    Basic salary circa £25,000 Realistic OTE is between £35,000-£45,000 (Uncapped)

    Ongoing training and support5 day working weekWork laptopWork mobile phoneCareer progressionSenior Sales Negotiator/Valuer requirements:

    Experience working as a sales negotiatorSome experience listing properties Strong customer service skillsDriven and passionate about propertyFriendly approachTeam playerMust be highly self-motivatedA driving license with own vehicleThe role of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will involve:Successfully negotiating offersArrange and attend viewingsDriving the business forwardValuing and winning new instructionsProvide excellent customer serviceRegistering candidatesDue to the high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
