M&A Senior Manager

Location: London, Hybrid

A rapidly expanding private equity-backed real estate business is actively seeking a Senior M&A Manager to spearhead the establishment and growth of their M&A team collaborating closely with CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CFO in overseeing all facets of mergers and acquisitions, managing multiple transactions concurrently.
• Employ diverse methodologies and resources for target identification and market analysis.
• Develop comprehensive presentations for M&A initiatives, including fundraising efforts, and deliver them confidently to senior executives, advisors, and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to financial modeling and analysis, ensuring meticulous data evaluation.
• Foster coordination among various workstreams to streamline processes and facilitate seamless integration.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and private equity sponsors, providing regular updates on pertinent activities.
• Support the junior member within the team, and provide seamless communication with the CFO.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring they excel in their roles within the M&A team.

Requirements:

• Experience within a reputable accountancy firm AND experience within an internal M&A team.
• Proficiency in basic financial modeling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated gravitas and confidence in interacting with internal and external counterparts.
