    Job Title:

    Senior SurveyorDepartment: Corporate Advisory ServicesLocation: Leeds Beach Baker are working with the Corporate services team within this national consultancy to recruit a Senior Surveyor to sit in their Leeds office.

    This company advises a number of large corporate occupier clients nationally.

    You will be part of a well-established team providing advice and assistance to clients as well as instructing other surveyors both internally and externally to deliver these services.

    The work is diverse both in terms of geographical spread and property types.



    The role:


    Managing the relationship between clients and ensuring service deliveryEnsuring continuity of serviceAdvising on a full range of property mattersInstructing other surveyors and monitoring through to completionReporting directly to the clientLiaising with SolicitorsMaintaining property data on internal systemsManaging reporting to clientsLiaising with landlordsResponding to requests for informationAssisting in budgeting and financial requestsCollating information from colleagues around the business and providing monthly KPI reporting and updates from all parts of the business.

    Checking landlord service charge budgets and reconciliations and insurance demands, approving invoice Main capabilities:
    MRICS QualifiedPrevious experience of working to at least to Senior Surveyor levelPractical understanding of commercial propertyFull UK Driving LicenceCustomer FocusDemonstrates a clear understanding of client requirementsEnjoys the clear confidence and respect of clientsCollects, reviews and acts upon client feedbackResearches into current and future client requirementsDemonstrates an awareness of market trends

    Communication Skills:
