Gentech are recruiting for our client based inLisburnfor a temp- perm WorkshopRecycling Technician.

Within this role you will be responsible for reconditioning, repairing, servicing and refurbishing of manual and powered wheelchairs to the required level of quality to meet the original specification.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Repair, service and recondition manual and powered wheelchairs and their subcomponents in accordance with original equipment specification and quality.

Record all returned equipment and coordinate all parts requirements for completion of workshop reconditioning and servicing.

Manage and coordinate all scheduled workshop recycling requests allocated to be completed, via our administration department ensuring tight deadlines are achieved.

Completion of repairs and planned preventative maintenance on workshop non powered/powered equipment repairs as and when required.

Completion of pre delivery inspections on all powered equipment, including PAT Testing and calibration/ programming of control systems as and when required.

Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in accordance with current ISO Procedures. Work to fixed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Ensure all client equipment is handled in accordance with ISO procedures. Report all issues, adverse situations, and product feedback to the Operational Team leader and/or Regional Manager.

Deliver and handover equipment to clients in the field and complete routine repairs as and when required whilst adhering to ISO procedures.

Essential Criteria:
2 years experience of working within a mechanical/electrical/repairs role gained within the last 5 years IT proficient Hours of Work: Monday
