New Opportunity has arisen in Local Services for a B4 Team Administrator

In the Specialist Older Adult Mental Health Services


Covering base in Hounslow:
Lakeside Mental Health Unit


We seek an enthusiastic and experienced individual who can work well as part of a team and provide high-quality admin support service to a multidisciplinary SOAMHS Team.

Previous experience in using Rio and Microsoft Office is essential.

The roles are varied and duties include:

  • Creating and maintaining electronic client records.
  • Audio and copy typing of all clinical correspondence and reports, fast and accurate typing speed is required.
  • Day to day processing of an effective and sensitive customer service when dealing with direct contact with Service Users, telephone calls and correspondence. Receiving and recording accurate and concise messages, ensuring messages are forwarded on appropriately and timely.
  • Reception cover when needed.

Job Summary:


Deliver a quality administrative and secretarial service, to meet the requirements of an Older People's Mental Health Service, adhering to deadlines and targets.

To deliver and maintain an administrative and secretarial procedures that enhance the collection and recording of patient/client information and service performance management.

Our Team is tight knit and work well together. This vacancy would suit an experienced administrator who can use their own initiative and is a good team player. Has the 'Can Do' attitude. Someone who is looking for a new challenge.

Annual Leave starts at 27 days a year plus bank holidays.
