We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to work with our Director/Head of Sixth Form/KS Safeguarding Lead. This role plays a crucial part in our inclusive school, to provide personalised support and intervention to some of our most vulnerable Sixth Form students.

The role will include implementing effective intervention strategies, mentoring and a proactive role in liaising with parents/carers, social workers and other relevant key professionals to promote progress academically, emotionally and socially.

We have recently completed a multi-million pound building programme, which has provided staff and students with modern facilities. In Ofsted judged our Sixth Form to be Outstanding in every respect. From September we anticipate a roll of circa students and will be offering A level subjects and BTEC level courses, with A level student progress scores placing the Sixth Form in the top % nationally, for value added ().
