Every year, we support over 300 individuals in our housing provision, enabling them to grow their confidence and move into education, training, employment and into independent living.
We also provide training and education to 150 young people each year who find mainstream education more difficult, as well as high-quality childcare within our community.
Our team works hard to provide as much care and support for those who need it most, every day we make a difference.

An opportunity has arisen for a new role to lead our well-established marketing, communications and fundraising function to make a real difference to the lives of those YMCA Derbyshire group serve.
The post-holder will be instrumental in developing, creating and implementing strategies, producing innovative marketing campaigns that maximise awareness of our charities, will be a key catalyst in continuing to develop a strong supporter base and be the lead on the achievement of YMCA Derbyshire's income generation targets.
The YMCA is an historical and iconic brand, but although most people have heard of the YMCA very few are aware of the breadth of our work.
Clear, emotive communications and fundraising messages will be vital to the success of our fundraising, marketing, communication and sales strategies and the development of our YMCA.
The role will work closely with our Director of Youth and Community Development, Executive team, and Heads of Services to continue to build awareness in our local community whilst at the same time, increasing supporter donations, engagement, and brand awareness.
