Equipment Operators

Falkirk, FK2

£11.44 per hour

TM Scotland Grangemouth & Falkirk branch are working on behalf of a brand new client based in Falkirk that is looking for two experienced Equipment Operators to add the team to assist with managing the equipment and production line efficiencies.

Our client was established in 1923 however the soap manufacturing sided of the business was launched in 1974.

We are proud to represent our new client and are excited to be looking for two people who want to start within the business and grow with the business as they are looking for people who wants to develop a career within the company.


Hour of work:
Mon to Wed 7:30am - 5:30pm, Thu 7:30am - 5pm


What does the role look within our client as Equipment Operators?

  • General maintenance / housekeeping / recycling duties within the facility
  • Running and operating a production line
  • Packing goods into boxes
  • Ensuring efficient production
  • Quality assurance
  • Making sure that finished products meet high standards before leaving the facility

What experience and qualifications do you require for the Equipment Operators role?

  • Experience working within a similar environment
  • No qualifications required due to the site doing onsite training
  • Excellent work ethic with a can do attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team and on your own
  • Ambition to develop and progress

What TaskMaster require for you to be considered:

  • You must be able to provide a reference from a previous employer within the last 3 years
  • A good understanding of health and safety procedures within a warehouse facility
