    Full timeLength: 12 month contract Our client a Global Pharmaceutical company are looking for a Fleet Manager to look after their car fleet on an initial 12 month based out of their Stockley Park offices.

    International experience will be required for the position and North American experience would be advantageous.


    Responsibilities:


    Responsible for 'day to day' fleet operational activityResponsible for operational implementation of any new country fleet management contracts and targeted business initiatives (including employee communications)Produce and manage distribution of all governance meeting documentation – tracking completion of actions identifiedFacilitate raising of supplier work orders & purchase orders in line with contract requirementsManagement of invoice reconciliation issues and central contact point for finance related queriesResponsible for fostering trusted stakeholder relationships and engagementPoint of contact for members of Company Car Scheme with focus on service excellenceProduction of quarterly fleet management dashboards and reportsAbout Planet PharmaPlanet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
