    We have an exciting opportunity to join our team based in our amazing Leicester and Manchester offices in the role of Inbound Brand Ambassador.

    You must be an excellent communicator and have top-quality people skills.

    You must be comfortable presenting products and services over the phone as well as confidently dealing with customer queries and objections.

    Your main goal as an Inbound Brand Ambassador is to help prospective customers by offering fantastic service with factual information aboutour offerings and the industry.

    As an Inbound Brand Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact from Octopus that our potential customers reach out to and, as such, you will be responsible for ensuring you promote the absolute very best of Octopus Energy while always being informative, friendly and acting in the customer's best interests.

    Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so you'll be super friendly and dedicated to finding out exactly how you can help the customer with the skillset you'll acquire.

    Adaptable personal style, able to receive constructive feedback on standards of performance - a willingness to always learn and grow

    Be open for a challenge - not all customers that come through are new customers and you may need to support some of our existing customers with their accounts.
